Grosvenor Premier Investments is remunerated for advising on mortgages in two ways:-
We charge an initial research fee of £250.00 that covers our time in researching the whole of the mortgage market for the most suitable mortgage product in accordance with your wishes. This fee is not refundable as it represents time and expense actually incurred.
In addition we may receive a procuration fee payable on completion of your mortgage from the lender, which is a payment against the lender’s marketing budget designed to assist us with our costs in providing you with a bespoke mortgage service. Should your mortgage not complete for any reason this fee will not be payable.
To the extent that we are remunerated for our time and expenses as noted above we will not seek any additional fee from you. Should this not be the case you will be advised at the outset of any personal liability to fees so that you may make an informed decision whether or not to proceed.
You will receive a key facts illustration when considering a particular mortgage, which will tell you about any fees relating to it.
If we charge you a fee and your mortgage does not go ahead, you will receive a refund of any fees payable to Grosvenor Premier Investments with the exception of the £250.00 research fee.
For the costs of our other financial services please contact us.
Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
